“Tip Top” Limited Liability Company (registration number: 264.110.1334445, TIN: 01058184, the “Company” or “We”) performs the development of “tiptop” software and website operation of the Company, which are available on Google Play and AppStore, as well as www.tiptop.am, admin.tiptop.am links (collectively, the “Platform”) for its registered Users and Tip Payers (hereinafter “You” or “Your”) in the Uses set forth in the rules defined for the purpose of providing the services (the “Services”). This privacy policy serves as an agreement between the Company and You and governs the Company's use of your personal information that we collect from You. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform You about how the Company may use this information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and your choices about your information.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

Below is the personal data that the company may collect and process in relation to tippers and users. In addition to the information below, the company may use cookies for platform purposes when tip payers and users use the platform. The Tip Payers and users hereby consent to the company's use of cookies.

Personal data from the Clients

The Clients are not required to create a User account and/or register on the Platform to use the services: In this case, the only information that the company can collect and/or process is standard information on the Internet, such as cookies and server logs, or any other information that you enter on the website. The Client has the right to provide the Company with personal information, including first name, last name, email address, for the purpose of the provision of feedback, and to be aware of the services and new products offered by the Company. The Company does not control transfers made by Clients, including does not have access to the bank details of the Clients. The payment of tips is assured by the Bank, which is a third party, using software provided by the Bank.

HOW LONG IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA STORED

The deletion of the User's account by Employees can be performed through the application only after receiving all paid tips. The Users agrees that after deleting the User's account, the Company will anonymize all personal data, including first name, last name and other data. Users agree that the data received by the company after anonymization, as well as the Transaction History, will be stored by the company for 5 years to fulfill legal obligations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and for analytical purposes. WHERE IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA STORED
